The B Resort does not provide transport from MCO to the Hotel. Cheapest, depending on how many travelers in your party, is to book a Shared Van in advance with Mears Transportation. They have a Website. A taxi will cost you between $50 and $60 - you can catch a van taxi or a regular taxi for the same price at the Airport.
When you are at the Hotel and need a Taxi to go to the Theme Parks or back to MCO at the end of your trip, be careful to ask for a regular taxi. The hotels tend to use Limousine Drivers when guests request a taxi and they tend to be about 20% more expensive than a regular taxi with a meter running in my experience.
