...in is Monday in America...I just bench...so I have two bench days and one triceps day left....heavy singles....tragically being old I am always aware of my joints, they are my weakest link...for triceps I will do triceps extensions...singles always singles...at this time of my strength cycle, it is the same for benching...
I am always realistic to where exactly I am at...always pushing for higher weight...rest, food and diet are critical....
