I was from Frantz's and focused on the bench....but I saw alot!!!
Bench...I used three assistance exercises....only one of these after the heavy bench day...5 sets of two of close grips or standing triceps pull down extensions on a machine or 5 sets of two with very heavy weighed dips...
Squat...squats were done to squat...but I did see results from doing heavy set-ups...where the lifter just stands in the monolift with heavy weight.
Deadlift...rack pulls below the knee..
