In 2013 the WPC has scheduled the most exciting list of International Championships EVER! To compete successfully sportsman must have a PLAN! This PLAN is called PERIODIZATION. No athlete can preform at 100% all the time, FOREVER! As a RAW Drug FREE lifter, I would cycle up 12 weeks before a championship, increasing the poundage and decreasing the reps every week.
After the championship I could only hold that level for two weeks, than the body would start to break down, about 10% a week.
