Russia on the move...

At the 2011 Chicago Marathon, Russian Superstar Runner, Lilliya Shobukhova, won this race for the third straight year. This was the 2nd fastest female time in marathon history. She also set a personal and National Russian Record and is qualified for the 2012 London Olympics. There Lilliya will race against Paula Radcliffe of England, the current World Recorded holder. Lilliya won over $600000 plus US dollars for 2 Hours and 18 minutes of work.

Why is this on this forum...this is extreme and excellence, just like us!!!!
My Olympic Prediction...Shobukhova will get the gold!!!!

RIGA, Latvia...2011 WPC World Championships...were powerlifting history is made!

Assistance Exercises For The Powerlifts

Powerlifters are crazy...but their NUTS!!!

The two on the right are Ana and Fred, two IRONMAN finishers of the September 11, 2011 Madison Wisconsin IRONMAN series. It starts out with a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike race, and a 24.2 mile sprint, all in a row. For Ana 16 hours straight, no naps, no breaks, and definitely no backing down.

My take: International Sportsman Status for both...BADASS and I like them both!!!!

PS...entry fee was about 600 American dollars...
